I’ve been taking multi amino for a year now and I have seen a drastic improvement in my workouts at the gym. They give me the extra edge I need to get me through the tough workouts and help me to recover after my workouts as well. I order this multi aminos 2 for the price of one gave one bottle too my girfriend.lol ... they came in on time. They work well, i like them.. not tooo big of a pills like horse pillls ..lol but normal size thats a plus.!! :).. so far so good. I take them befor and after a work out cause i take pree work out drink during so yeah!
