I like to keep some of this around just in case. This supplement can be used to assure you have adequate amounts of iodine in your body, as iodine is not used as a bread supplement anymore and if you don't eat a lot of shellfish, you could easily become deficient and your immune system requires iodine to function properly.I like to keep some of this around just in case. A nice way to top up on this essential nutrient!
As an overseas buyer this came relatively quickly and securely packaged. The iodine wasn't as clear as I was expecting, more a pale amber colour, but does not stain skin or clothes when applied topically. Taken internally, as a nutritional supplement, there was no taste/odour when diluted as directed. Used purely as a nutritional supplement as directed, one of these little bottles should last quite a long time.
