Crazy Deals
Piping Rock is a good company to do business with..., but there's room for improvement. Their products are priced competitively and are of good quality. They ship fast, and have a very congenial, real human being on their end of any customer service issues. I only wish their Crazy Deals were customer based instead of company based. It seems like they select their slow moving stock, and put that on sale; instead of a store wide sale that would be customer based. It's depressing to take the time to open an e-mail, browse through to the Ubiquinol only to discover it's not part of their Crazy Deals; time after time, after time, after time, after time, after time, after time, after time, after time... I'm sure a lot of their customers as frustrated about this as I am, and feel like 'passing a little good will on' by a company that's doing very well, isn't too much to ask for.
